Hello! I'm Ryan Walton, a highly skilled and experienced Home Inspector with a passion for helping homeowners make informed decisions about their properties. I started my Carpentry apprenticeship in 2004 working in Squamish building houses. After completing my apprenticeship I moved on to larger infrastructure projects in the Lower Mainland. As I gained experience, I became a Foreman, managing a large concrete formwork crew. Then about 10 years ago, I decided to go back to BCIT and become a Building Inspector for a local municipality.
